What are the shipping options?

When will I receive my order?

Based on your product shipping source you will be given a shipping method and an estimated time of arrival ,you will also be issued a tracking number.

What do I do if I never received my order?

What do I do if I received a defective order?

You will be offered a replacement or a refund subject to receiving your complaint within 2 days of your order receipt, and returning the defective items unused and in their original packaging with tags on. Shipping charges for the returned defective items are at our expense.
